This notice describes the contact form on the radurealtor.com homepage and the buyer-planning request form. The site identifies Radu G. Muresan as an Independent Real Estate Broker and Illinois Licensed Real Estate Managing Broker (License #471.012113), and intentionally does not display a street address.

Information collected

When you submit a buyer-planning request, information may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, search areas, timing, financing status, budget if provided, and your message. The form may also retain campaign and page information used to understand which request page brought you here.

When you send a message through the homepage contact form, information includes your name, email address, phone number if provided, what you are interested in (buying, selling, investing or other), and your message.

How information is used

Your information is used to respond to your request, prepare relevant real-estate guidance, maintain the related customer record, and improve the request process. This buyer-planning form does not enroll you in general marketing or newsletter emails. A request for information does not create a client relationship.

Service providers

Form submissions pass through Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection, a Google Apps Script website gateway, and Top Producer CRM for follow-up. Google reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.

Data retention

Buyer-planning request information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request, maintain related business records, meet legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If an inquiry becomes a real-estate transaction, transaction records are retained for at least five years as required by Illinois recordkeeping rules.
